Meet the Owner

Fondness Care LLC is owned and operated by Ms. LaQuisha Strickland, a dedicated professional with a strong background in both caregiving and leadership roles. Her diverse experience across customer service, manufacturing, and health care environments has equipped her with the skill and insight necessary to lead a compassionate and efficient home care agency. Ms. Strickland has extensive experience working in both in-home care settings and nursing homes, and has a deep understanding of the needs of elderly and disabled individuals. Ms. Strickland is committed to providing high-quality, ethical, and compliant in-home care services and to expanding access to safe, reliable, and person-centered care for Missouri residents.

Meet our Nurse

Ms. Tiyana Thomas is a Registered Nurse and brings over 5 years of progressive nurse leadership and supervisory experience in acute and clinical operations. Ms. Thomas is responsible for the supervision and coordination and has extensive experience in resource utilization, production analysis, and performance monitoring. She conducts quality assurance and patient safety, contributes to improvements in patient experience measures, and provides professional development to support other staff. Her role requires constant collaboration with physicians, department directors, project managers, ancillary service providers, and administration to align clinical operations with organizational goals. Ms. Thomas develops and maintains education and training resources, monitors licensure and regulatory requirements, and ensures staff compliance with state and federal healthcare standards. Ms. Thomas's leadership, operational oversight, and quality-focused approach make her well-qualified to serve as Nurse Supervisor for Fondness Care LLC.
